Teams at Silkline

Own customer deployments from contract through go-live and ongoing adoption. Lead discovery, data mapping, migration, configuration, workflow design, integration troubleshooting, and implementation timelines across ERP, PLM, and MES systems. Use SQL and GraphQL to validate data and resolve sync issues, support executive stakeholders, identify expansion and adoption risks, and translate recurring customer problems into product requirements. Build deployment playbooks, documentation, onboarding runbooks, and success metrics while traveling frequently to customer sites.

Own customer deployments from discovery through go-live and ongoing adoption. Map and migrate data across ERP, PLM, and MES systems; configure procurement workflows; troubleshoot integrations and sync issues using SQL and GraphQL; and build customer analytics. Serve as the technical customer partner, translate recurring field issues into product requirements, contribute production code, and create implementation playbooks. The role requires customer relationship ownership, technical problem-solving, and travel to customer sites.

This role involves building early versions of the Silkline platform, leading product development, designing API integrations, and strategizing the technical direction while managing an engineering team.
