Develop and execute local area marketing plans across a franchise clinic network. Responsibilities include adapting national campaigns, generating leads, coordinating events and activations, supporting social media and email/SMS marketing, managing marketing resources, creating promotional assets, tracking campaign performance, and advising franchise partners on local growth strategies.

Owns end-to-end creative production for integrated campaigns across print, retail, digital, social, eCommerce, CRM, motion and video. Develops channel-ready assets, manages timelines and quality assurance, builds scalable templates and component libraries, maintains asset systems, and improves production through automation and AI-enabled tools. Partners with marketing and creative teams while mentoring junior designers.
