Implement and maintain production test programs, hardware, and data systems for packaged MEMS pressure sensors at Asian assembly partners. Monitor yield and SPC/KPI, perform data analysis, support quality/failure analysis, reduce test time/costs, and support audits and corrective actions.

Maintain and improve production test systems for MEMS pressure sensor assemblies, support test development and transfers, perform SPC and data analysis, drive yield and quality improvements, create KPI reports, and coordinate cross-functional and supplier test activities.

Develop and implement software and hardware for production and bench-top testing of MEMS pressure sensor systems. Improve and maintain test programs and tester hardware, develop new testers for product releases, support production and subcontractor test operations (some travel), design calibration schemes, analyze test data, and lead test-time and cost-reduction efforts while documenting results in customer-ready reports.
