Maintain and improve production test systems for MEMS pressure sensor assemblies, support test development and transfers, perform SPC and data analysis, drive yield and quality improvements, create KPI reports, and coordinate cross-functional and supplier test activities.

Lead failure analysis and corrective actions for MEMS and IC products; perform FA investigations, data analysis, and reporting. Manage supplier quality, audits, SCAR/CAPA, PFMEA, control plans, and support NPI. Maintain quality system compliance to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001; develop methods to reduce failures and drive continuous improvement. Travel up to 25%.

Develop and implement software and hardware for production and bench-top testing of MEMS pressure sensor systems. Improve and maintain test programs and tester hardware, develop new testers for product releases, support production and subcontractor test operations (some travel), design calibration schemes, analyze test data, and lead test-time and cost-reduction efforts while documenting results in customer-ready reports.
