Plan and execute brand activations, launches, pop-ups, and experiential events. Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, venues, talent, and on-site production. Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to ensure brand alignment and troubleshoot real-time event issues.

Enter, update, verify, and maintain data across company databases. Review and correct errors, organize records, generate basic reports and analyses, preserve confidentiality, and collaborate to ensure data accuracy while following company procedures.

Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the CEO, managing calendar, travel, email, meetings, and confidential records. Draft communications, take notes, track action items, assist with projects across departments, maintain reports and trackers in Google Sheets, liaise with teams/vendors, and handle occasional billing and monthly travel.
