Develop and manage apparel technical packages, spec sheets, grading rules, and measurement charts across men's, women's, and children's categories. Own fit development from prototypes through TOP approval, lead fit sessions, evaluate samples, and issue corrections to overseas factories. Partner with Design and Production to resolve construction, quality, manufacturability, and production risks while maintaining accurate technical files and brand standards.

Design men’s and women’s footwear across multiple fashion and lifestyle brands, taking concepts through production-ready specifications and final sample approval. Create detailed tech packs, manage prototypes and TOP approvals, communicate corrections to overseas factories, anticipate production risks, and maintain technical files. Collaborate with design, production, and merchandising teams to balance brand direction, aesthetics, manufacturability, costing, and seasonal deadlines.

Supports international wholesale account management by coordinating orders, production timelines, shipping, inventory, purchase orders, invoices, sales reporting, and account documentation. Serves as a liaison among European sales teams, buyers, distributors, factories, logistics, production, and finance. Communicates product availability, pricing, and order status; coordinates samples and sales materials; and assists with showrooms, trade shows, and seasonal sales initiatives.
