Supports lean manufacturing and continuous improvement across office and shop-floor environments. Facilitates Kaizen events, CI projects, value stream mapping, training, data analysis, waste reduction, and problem-solving initiatives. Promotes 5S, standard work, visual management, and Theory of Constraints while influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority. Documents roadblocks, evaluates employee suggestions, supports safety and quality objectives, and drives change within a semiconductor components manufacturing environment.
