Human Resources Intern responsible for digitizing, indexing, reviewing, and securely archiving employee files. The role also supports data entry, HRIS updates, onboarding and offboarding paperwork, employee inquiries, scheduling, reports, special projects, and general HR administration. Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, comfortable handling confidential information, proficient with Microsoft Office, and available for an on-site internship in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.

Conducts in-home HVAC consultations, evaluates existing systems, recommends heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions, explains pricing and financing, and closes sales. Maintains CRM records, follows up with homeowners, meets revenue goals, and coordinates with installation, service, and office teams. Requires consultative selling, customer relationship-building, communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for evenings and Saturdays.
