Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners after technician diagnoses, review camera footage, explain drain and sewer conditions, and present Good/Better/Best pipe rehabilitation solutions. Close same-day sales, offer financing, maintain strong conversion rates, coordinate with technicians and installation teams, document estimates in ServiceTitan, and follow up on open proposals. The role includes uncapped commission and requires evening and weekend availability.

Coordinates daily branch operations by scheduling and dispatching technicians, managing inventory, purchasing materials, processing payroll timecards, handling customer concerns, tracking fleet status, and maintaining operational records. The role also supports warehouse activities, shipments, warranty returns, equipment registration, reporting, and branch hiring efforts.

Lead regional marketing strategy and execution for multiple residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical brands across New England. Manage budgets, digital and traditional campaigns, lead generation, ROAS, conversion tracking, KPI reviews, agencies, and marketing managers. Partner with regional and business leaders to improve underperforming locations, support acquisitions, and drive calls, booked appointments, customer retention, memberships, cross-selling, and revenue growth.
