The role develops practical safety procedures and training, collaborates with shop-floor teams, participates in on-call ERT coverage, and drives continuous risk reduction across manufacturing operations.

Leads and scales a battery engineering team supporting customer integration and qualification of silicon anode materials. Partners with cell manufacturers and automotive and consumer OEMs to troubleshoot technical challenges, accelerate commercial adoption, align technical and commercial roadmaps, and optimize workflows. Responsibilities include recruiting, mentoring, advocating for team resources, communicating technical trade-offs, and serving as a senior technical advocate with customers and internal stakeholders.
