Lead full lifecycle small capital projects at a battery materials manufacturing site, bridging design and field execution. Oversee site integration, review engineering deliverables, act as field technical authority, manage RFIs/submittals, ensure QA/QC and code compliance, coordinate commissioning and handover, and facilitate Management of Change processes.

Lead FEED and construction for large-scale capital projects using modular construction. Oversee budgets, schedules, contractors, safety, grant compliance, and project teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
