Lead electrode and cell scale-up from prototype to commercialization, design and execute multilayer pouch full-cell experiments, drive failure analysis and safety validation, transfer processes to contract manufacturers, apply data analysis and modeling to guide design iterations, and coordinate cross-functional and customer-facing technical work to meet program objectives.

Design, execute, and analyze pouch full-cell experiments across slurry, coating, electrolyte, and cell integration. Perform failure analysis, apply data/statistical methods and modeling, develop new test techniques, communicate results to stakeholders, and support customer-facing data packages while collaborating cross-functionally to commercialize next-generation lithium-ion batteries.
