Implement and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Service solutions for clients, including roadmap development, functional and technical configuration, integrations, data migration, upgrades, solution mapping, documentation, deployment support, and client communication. The consultant supports project planning, risk mitigation, demonstrations, and timely delivery while traveling up to 50% nationally and internationally.

Performs federal internal control testing, process walkthroughs, workpaper and report preparation, testing-result analysis, and identification of control deficiencies and process improvements. The role manages assigned work areas, meets client deadlines, uses data analysis tools and AI, and participates in ongoing training. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, accounting experience or internship, strong communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to learn federal financial management and internal control requirements.

Leads planning, execution, coordination, reporting, governance, and delivery for complex federal health IT projects across CMS/CCSQ programs. Manages scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, stakeholders, performance metrics, and executive communications. The role oversees concurrent workstreams, supports governance and continuous improvement, and mentors junior project managers while aligning delivery with CMS objectives and operational requirements.
