Lead end-to-end reliability, performance, and support for Teamcenter and R&D applications. Manage L1.5/L2/L3 operations, incident/problem/change management, RCA, automation, releases, supplier governance, security compliance, integrations with CAD/ECAD/ERP, and mentor support engineers to improve uptime, MTTR/MTBF, and user satisfaction.

The role develops the specification business by engaging with architects and designers to influence lighting project specifications and promote Signify's innovations. Responsibilities include building relationships, providing expert guidance, and monitoring design trends.

As a Digital Marketing & CRM Intern, you will support campaign creation, execution, and analysis, managing assets, briefs, and stakeholder communications.
