Supports the Levante regional sales team through customer service, inbound call handling, basic technical proposals, CRM updates, order processing, logistics coordination, market research, presentations, and activity reporting. The role is a six-month, part-time internship requiring Spanish fluency, English proficiency, strong organization, analytical ability, and proactive learning.

Manage end-to-end purchase-to-pay and accounts payable processes, including supplier invoice processing, approvals, payments, balance monitoring, and supplier inquiries. The role also supports continuous improvement of financial procedures and requires knowledge of accounting principles, GL, and VAT. Dutch and English are required, with French and SAP knowledge preferred.

Processes and validates customer sales orders, including complex project orders with milestone delivery and billing schedules. Coordinates availability, delivery proposals, order status, and escalations across sales and fulfillment teams. Responds to customer inquiries, resolves order discrepancies, maintains accurate order books and customer master data, and reports order, delivery, sales, and stock information. Supports continuous improvement of order management processes.
