Supports daily operations including inventory tracking, order processing, packaging, fulfillment, logistics coordination, recordkeeping, and administrative tasks. Assists front- and back-of-house teams, helps prepare merchandise and store displays, maintains internal systems, and contributes to project coordination and process improvements to ensure operational efficiency and strong customer service.

Lead the Fashion category in-store by driving sales KPIs, styling and product storytelling, owning visual merchandising, coaching team members monthly, developing talent with store leadership, and delivering an elevated customer experience through styling, layering, and curated recommendations.

Manage fashion and timepiece merchandise and sales within a Jared Jewelers store. Drive sales, deliver exceptional guest experience, execute product launches and vendor trainings, analyze performance reports, coach team members, support hiring and scheduling, enforce loss prevention and company policies, and cover management duties as needed.
