Leads complex IT and systems integration projects from initiation through closure. Responsibilities include project planning, governance, budgeting, forecasting, portfolio financial management, risk and dependency tracking, vendor coordination, stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and delivery oversight across multiple concurrent initiatives. The role manages Agile, hybrid, and waterfall projects while ensuring timelines, quality, resource utilization, and financial performance meet organizational expectations.

Provide operational and administrative support across inventory management, order processing, logistics coordination, recordkeeping, merchandising preparation, adherence to brand standards, and assist with project coordination and process improvements.

Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships while guiding customers through luxury jewelry and designer selections. Manage the sales process from greeting to post-sale follow-up, maintain an organized workspace, and uphold a professional appearance reflecting Diamonds Direct standards.
