Owns the store’s Fashion jewelry category by driving sales performance, styling, product storytelling, visual merchandising, and customer experience. Coaches team members monthly on styling, layering, wardrobe building, and emotional storytelling; identifies performance gaps and activates solutions. Partners with store leadership to develop talent, reinforce KPIs and clienteling behaviors, maintain presentation standards, and lead by example.

Manages luxury timepiece sales performance, merchandise launches, promotions, visual merchandising, vendor training, and product education. Provides expert guest service, monitors sales standards, develops team training plans, supports recruiting and scheduling, addresses guest concerns, and assists store management. Requires regular attendance, evening and weekend availability, and adherence to loss prevention, sales, credit, and security procedures.
