Lead the Fashion category in-store by driving sales and KPIs, owning visual merchandising, coaching team members monthly on styling and storytelling, developing talent, and activating brand-driven customer experiences.

Supports daily operations including inventory tracking, order processing, packaging, fulfillment, logistics coordination, recordkeeping, and administrative tasks. Assists front- and back-of-house teams, helps prepare merchandise and store displays, maintains internal systems, and contributes to project coordination and process improvements to ensure operational efficiency and strong customer service.
