Manage insurance claim follow-up, collections, denials, reprocessing, appeals, and unpaid claim resolution. Research payer requirements, billing errors, eligibility, authorizations, payment discrepancies, and denial codes. Communicate with insurance carriers, prepare appeals, interpret EOBs and ERAs, protect patient information under HIPAA, and meet productivity, accuracy, quality, and deadline expectations.

Supports marketing strategy execution through community outreach, health fairs, educational events, digital marketing, promotional materials, vendor coordination, and CRM reporting. Maintains marketing calendars, tracks local market trends, represents the practice to community partners, and assists with event logistics and follow-up communications. The role collaborates with physicians, clinical staff, and business development teams and requires local and statewide Texas travel, occasional evenings, and weekends.

Provides emergency department nursing care for infants through geriatric patients. Assesses acuity, triages, develops and evaluates care plans, coordinates diagnostics and treatments, administers patient care, documents accurately, maintains safety and confidentiality, performs laboratory and equipment checks, delegates tasks, and collaborates with physicians and staff in a fast-paced environment.
