Support and execute marketing and community outreach initiatives, manage event logistics, maintain promotional materials and marketing calendars, assist digital and traditional campaigns, track activities in CRM, collaborate with clinical and business teams, and represent the organization at local events to boost visibility.

Provide direct patient care in an emergency department under RN/physician supervision: administer medications, perform EKGs and point-of-care labs, document care, reassess patients, assist with QA and process improvements, maintain safety/PHI, delegate to ancillary staff, and support patient flow and customer service in a fast-paced ER.

Assist RNs and physicians in the emergency department by performing delegated patient-care tasks within EMT/MA/Paramedic scope: stabilize patients, collect/process specimens, obtain EKGs, document in EMR, maintain supplies and cleanliness, respond to staff/patient requests, follow protocols, uphold infection control and HIPAA, and work required shifts including weekends/holidays.
