Leads domestic and international Missions project portfolios, overseeing intake, prioritization, planning, budgets, risks, grant compliance, impact measurement, reporting, and continuous improvement. Administers project management systems, coordinates cross-functional teams, supports grant proposals, and provides leadership with portfolio performance and resource insights. The role also manages reporting systems, process improvements, technology adoption, and complex mission projects while maintaining compliance and supporting occasional domestic and international travel.

Provides administrative and office management support, including filing, reporting, budgeting, correspondence, mail, supplies, bookkeeping, donor records, employee transactions, meeting coordination, and facility-related projects. Oversees clerical office operations, supports staff and special events, maintains compliance, and manages petty cash. Requires strong organizational, communication, computer, customer service, and personnel management skills, with occasional travel and possible nights or weekends.

Provides administrative and clerical support to office leadership, including filing, reporting, budgeting, correspondence, meeting notes, phone coverage, visitor reception, billing assistance, expense reports, and facility coordination. Manages vendor accounts, maintenance requests, office operations, shared-space scheduling, donations, and front-office closing. The role also supports projects, committees, and communication with internal and external constituents.
