Teams at Signal AI

Serve as the technical owner for a portfolio of enterprise clients: configure and optimise the Signal platform, resolve technical issues, manage users/SSO/2FA, build dashboards, run data/source checks, drive adoption and retention, deliver training, and collaborate with Account Managers and Product/Engineering to surface improvements.

Lead Signal AI’s global B2B SaaS marketing strategy, P&L, demand generation, ABM, marketing technology, attribution, and revenue accountability. Build and manage a geographically distributed leadership team while partnering with the CEO, CRO, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. Drive enterprise pipeline growth, marketing ROI, forecasting accuracy, customer acquisition, and expansion revenue through data-driven programs and commercial alignment.

The Site Reliability Engineer will enhance infrastructure, implement AI operations, ensure security, and manage acquisition integration. This role involves problem-solving in distributed systems and utilizing tools like AWS and Terraform.
