Embed with partner health systems to deploy and customize Signal 1's AI Management System (AIMS). Connect to secure data, build monitoring and governance for predictive, generative, and agentic AI, develop bespoke agentic solutions, coordinate stakeholders, and convert field learnings into reusable platform components to improve safety and reliability in clinical workflows.

Build and own end-to-end ML features for an agent management platform in healthcare: design data models, build pipelines and backend services, integrate frontend when needed, ground and evaluate agent behavior using clinical data (FHIR/HL7), prototype with hospital partners, and create novel solutions for agent observability, evaluation, and continuous improvement.

Lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for Signal 1's AI Management System and new capabilities. Drive product launches, create customer-facing assets, enable sales and CS, monitor competitors, capture market and customer insights, and feed feedback into product strategy.

Design, build, and evolve the frontend and backend of a cloud-based clinical AI platform; own architecture, break down ambiguous problems, and collaborate with Product, Design, ML, Security, and Infrastructure teams while integrating AI-assisted development workflows.

Support financial operations, conduct reporting, manage audits, liaise with external auditors, ensure compliance, and improve processes. Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks.

Own product strategy and roadmap for an AI management system for health systems: validate with customers, prioritize roadmap, partner with engineering/ML/design, ship iteratively, shape market positioning, and collaborate with GTM and marketing to drive adoption and business outcomes.

Lead end-to-end implementations of Signal1's AIMS at health systems, owning project plans, stakeholder communications, risk management, configuration, training, adoption, and handoff while coordinating engineering, product, and clinical partners.
