Supports HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, onboarding, HR documentation, employee records, HR reporting, employee queries, engagement initiatives, performance cycles, and HRBP activities. The intern coordinates with managers and HR stakeholders, assists with communications and people projects, maintains HRMS data, and contributes to process improvements and administrative tasks.

Manage resource allocation, utilization, forecasting, onboarding, and bench management. Coordinate with HR, IT, delivery, and sales to align staffing with project needs and reduce bench time while maintaining compliance and stakeholder communication.

Lead enterprise security operations, governance, and incident management. Govern endpoint security, vulnerability management, and AI security initiatives while aligning with risk management activities.
