Lead strategic hiring for mid-to-senior and leadership roles across Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, Analytics, Product Engineering, and Consulting. Build candidate personas, design interview frameworks and scorecards, translate technical needs into job descriptions, partner with stakeholders, execute sourcing and talent mapping, and manage end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder relationships.

Lead end-to-end recruitment projects across functions and geographies. Partner with hiring managers, coordinate recruiters and vendors, track hiring metrics and pipeline health, drive process improvements, manage stakeholder communications and escalations, support employer branding, and ensure recruitment governance and SLA adherence.

Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts by understanding customer needs, driving cross-sell/up-sell, conducting QBRs, ensuring high CSAT with delivery teams, forecasting revenue and resources, leading pitches and proposals, and closing contracts.
