Leads the CPG Supply Chain Analytics practice through client engagement leadership, team development, solution innovation, and practice growth. Responsibilities include advising senior client stakeholders, developing AI, machine learning, optimization, and generative AI solutions, shaping go-to-market strategy, reviewing analytical designs, mentoring consultants, and driving solutions into production. The role requires strong supply chain analytics consulting expertise, customer leadership, stakeholder management, and thought leadership.

Develops Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, DAX calculations, and analytical solutions. Translates client business requirements into KPIs, workflows, and actionable insights; assesses data quality; optimizes report performance; and presents findings through visualization and storyboarding. Collaborates with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate analytics into business processes.

Perform advanced data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence work for clients across industries. Translate business problems into analytical structures, apply statistical and machine learning techniques, map business processes, generate data outputs, interpret quantitative results, and collaborate with data science and engineering teams. The role also manages data analysts, supports client engagements, and helps embed analytics and AI into business decision-making.
