Project Accountant supporting customer project finances through project setup, billing, WIP reporting, forecasting, accounts receivable, cash receipt reconciliation, project closeouts, and month-end and year-end close activities. The role partners with Project Managers and Accounting, monitors purchase orders and profitability, resolves billing issues, and maintains accurate financial records. It is primarily on-site in Perrysburg, Ohio.

The Senior Accountant manages month-end and year-end close, general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, accounts receivable, customer invoicing, collections, project profitability analysis, and audit support. The role also monitors time and expense reporting, supports accounting system upgrades, resolves discrepancies, and ensures compliance with GAAP and company policies. This primarily on-site position requires independent prioritization, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective collaboration across the organization.

Leads enterprise application strategy, software development, systems integration, application support, and process automation. Manages internal teams, vendors, consultants, and concurrent technology projects from requirements through implementation and support. Evaluates business processes, develops project plans and business cases, oversees testing and quality, manages enterprise system integrations, and ensures technology solutions align with organizational objectives. Provides reporting, documentation, training, data governance support, and application-related subject-matter expertise.
