Manages strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, purchase orders, supplier performance, cost reduction, inventory support, procurement analytics, and supply continuity for manufacturing operations. Develops sourcing strategies, conducts RFQs, evaluates supplier risk and capabilities, monitors delivery and quality, drives savings, maintains procurement records, and collaborates with Engineering, Production, Finance, Sales, and Customer Service. Requires strong Excel, ERP, negotiation, analytical, project management, and supply chain expertise.

Manages tool crib inventory, tooling distribution, replenishment, records, and production readiness. Creates and revises 2D and 3D CAD drawings for dies, fixtures, equipment, assemblies, and fabricated components. Interprets blueprints, applies GD&T and drafting standards, performs design calculations, and supports manufacturing operations while maintaining safe, organized work practices.

Provides technical application and product engineering support to sales teams and customers. Supports customer design changes, requirements gathering, new product development, product launches, quality audits, code compliance, and product testing. Acts as a liaison among customers, sales, manufacturing, quality, engineering, and regulatory organizations. Conducts customer visits and focus groups, analyzes market feedback, monitors UL/CSA and NEC requirements, and develops product literature and instructional videos.
