Design and certify cockpit electronic panels for commercial and military aircraft. Translate requirements into architectures and low-level designs, perform troubleshooting, verification, root cause analysis, lead design reviews, mentor engineers, and own projects across the product lifecycle.

Oversees day-to-day production operations, production planning, output, quality, material flow, safety, and schedule adherence. Leads Line Leads and production employees through coaching, training, performance management, and accountability. Troubleshoots operational issues with Maintenance, Engineering, MES, and support teams; conducts shift handoffs; manages personnel administration; and drives Lean Six Sigma, 6S, and continuous improvement projects to improve efficiency and team performance.

Responsible for improving the reliability, availability, safety, and performance of production equipment, including CVD diamond-synthesis reactors. Duties include equipment troubleshooting, maintenance procedure development, commissioning, start-up planning, spare-parts specification, SOP improvement, training, data analysis, capital projects, and continuous improvement. The role serves as the in-house equipment expert and supports Maintenance Technicians while collaborating with Operations and external partners.
