Manage high-value enterprise customer accounts across EMEA, helping customers maximize the value of Sigma’s analytics platform. Develop success plans, drive product adoption, deliver training, advocate for customer needs, and improve net dollar retention through upselling, cross-selling, and churn reduction. The role requires strong analytics and business intelligence expertise, enterprise stakeholder management, consultative communication, and experience with SaaS, SQL, cloud data platforms, ETL, and production BI implementations.

Manage strategic customer accounts for Sigma Computing, helping users maximize analytics platform value and improving net dollar retention. Responsibilities include developing success plans, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, reducing churn, advocating for customer needs, delivering training, and guiding customers on analytics and business intelligence solutions. The role requires strong communication, analytical problem-solving, SaaS customer success experience, and familiarity with SQL, ETL, data visualization, and cloud analytics platforms.

Manage technical presales activities for enterprise customers, including discovery workshops, solution prototypes, customized demonstrations, webinars, and RFP/RFI responses. Partner with sales, product, engineering, and support teams to communicate the business value of Sigma’s cloud business intelligence platform. Advise customers on integrations, data migration, databases, cloud data warehouses, and ETL while managing multiple engagements and meeting sales objectives.
