Develop and maintain low-level embedded software for video processing systems across Linux kernels, hardware platforms, drivers, networking, multimedia libraries, and release workflows. Responsibilities include hardware bring-up, kernel and driver debugging, cross-compilation, performance optimization, customer-specific integrations, and collaboration with support and sales. The role requires C/C++ embedded development and may involve video encoding, decoding, and image processing.

Manages organizational IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud platforms, endpoints, help desk operations, cybersecurity controls, compliance, business continuity, vendors, budgets, and technology projects. Leads infrastructure upgrades, incident response, monitoring, disaster recovery testing, employee security training, SOX and certification controls, audit readiness, and executive reporting while overseeing IT staff performance and service quality.

Develop and integrate real-time video processing, tracking, and detection algorithms for low-SWaP embedded systems. Build C/C++ software for ARM processors and embedded GPUs while optimizing latency, memory, compute, and reliability. Collaborate with software, business development, and customers; support customers directly; contribute to product roadmaps and prioritization; and mentor junior engineers.

Manages and grows a portfolio of commercial customer accounts by building relationships, driving retention and renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and supporting the full sales lifecycle. Responsibilities include preparing quotes and proposals, managing sales orders and backlogs, providing technical and commercial guidance, coordinating with engineering and product teams, maintaining CRM and forecast records, and supporting revenue growth. The role is primarily office-based in Oregon with occasional trade-show travel.

Investigates and resolves complex customer issues involving software, APIs, cameras, imaging systems, algorithms, integrations, and development environments. Develops and debugs customer-specific code, diagnostic tools, integrations, scripts, and documentation. Provides technical guidance, analyzes logs, reproduces issues, and collaborates with Support, Product, and Engineering teams. Supports Engineering Services engagements through planning, development, testing, validation, documentation, and deployment while translating customer feedback into product improvements.

Provides administrative and operational support for sales processes, including customer onboarding, account and opportunity record maintenance, order coordination, quote and proposal support, customer inquiry routing, and project-based data analysis. The role works cross-functionally with account management, finance, planning, production, logistics, engineering, and technical support. It also maintains commercial documentation, tracks sales activities, prepares reports, and supports customer-facing updates.
