Technical leader responsible for reliability, automation, scalability, and infrastructure across a cloud platform. Designs and operates Kubernetes-based systems, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, observability, incident response, internal platforms, and agentic AI/LLM workloads. Leads reliability practices, complex troubleshooting, operational automation, on-call improvements, architecture influence, cross-team initiatives, and mentorship while remaining hands-on with code, infrastructure, and incidents.

The role involves leading strategic transformations in manufacturing using AI technologies, working closely with clients to define solutions, manage projects, and enhance user experience.

Lead and operate cloud infrastructure and SRE practices, focusing on IaC, CI/CD, observability, incident response, and production-grade agentic AI/LLM systems. Architect, build, and run scalable platforms, drive reliability and SLOs, author runbooks/ADRs, mentor engineers, participate in on-call rotations, and reduce toil via automation and platform tooling.
