Teams at Siftwell Analytics

Build automated data-validation processes and scalable QA practices for healthcare data pipelines and analytics software. Perform functional, integration, regression, API, backend, and end-to-end testing; investigate data discrepancies; triage and document software defects; and collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Customer Success. The role also develops test plans, validation rules, regression tests, and documentation while handling protected health information under security and compliance requirements.

Lead and scale Siftwell's finance and operations functions, including financial planning, capital strategy, legal and regulatory oversight, people operations sponsorship, compliance (SOC 2, HIPAA), fundraising support, board and investor reporting, and M&A readiness to enable disciplined growth for a healthcare-focused SaaS company.
