Provide first-line technical support to end users via phone/email; troubleshoot and repair PCs and hardware; support Microsoft 365, Windows, Active Directory, IP telephony, and security tools; document and track tickets; assist network administrators with deployments, network integrity, and infrastructure tasks; provide occasional travel to other locations and perform related duties.

Support product quality and continuous improvement at a manufacturing site by driving PPAP processes, assisting control plan development, investigating customer complaints, performing inspections, maintaining quality documentation, and supporting testing and corrective actions to ensure customer and company requirements are met.

Provide day-to-day operations and administrative support for strategic customer accounts: coordinate orders, maintain account data and catalogs, support EDI and pricing, produce account reporting, manage projects and escalations, partner with the National Account Manager, and travel to customer sites as needed.
