Develop and maintain weekly sales order forecasts across customers and SKUs. Analyze historical sales, inventory, and commercial inputs; monitor forecast accuracy and KPIs; communicate assumptions and changes cross-functionally; support inventory strategies for product launches and phase-outs; maintain planning-tool parameters; and improve demand-planning processes.

Plans manufacturing and inventory for multiple SKUs to fulfill customer orders. Coordinates with Demand, Contract Manufacturing, Customer Operations, and Warehouse teams; creates purchase orders; monitors production schedules, inventory levels, obsolescence, and fulfillment accuracy. Produces inventory and production reports, analyzes KPIs such as fill rate and inventory turns, and presents trends and recommendations. Builds relationships with co-manufacturing partners and supports master resource planning.

Lead formulation and scale-up of new and renovated food products from research through launch. Develop bench samples, work with co-manufacturers, manage documentation in TraceGains/Genesis, optimize production processes, and support supplier and plant trials (≈25% travel). Champion flavor, texture, clean labels, and shelf-life solutions while collaborating cross-functionally.
