Teams at Siete Foods

Lead Siete’s Target sales account across categories, developing distribution, shelf placement, promotion, display, forecasting, and revenue strategies. Manage Target relationships, trade spending, broker performance, procurement coordination, and out-of-stock reduction. Partner cross-functionally on shopper marketing, syndicated data analysis, events, and competitive intelligence while representing Siete at major customer meetings and trade events. Travel up to 15%.

Plans manufacturing and inventory for multiple SKUs to fulfill customer orders. Coordinates with Demand, Contract Manufacturing, Customer Operations, and Warehouse teams; creates purchase orders; monitors production schedules, inventory levels, obsolescence, and fulfillment accuracy. Produces inventory and production reports, analyzes KPIs such as fill rate and inventory turns, and presents trends and recommendations. Builds relationships with co-manufacturing partners and supports master resource planning.
