Troubleshoot, document schematics, support startups, implement preventative maintenance and spare plans, and create project schedules. Learn and work with RSLogix 5000 and ladder logic to improve process efficiency.

Support metallurgical testing, quality systems, and process-improvement initiatives. Assist with material allocation, order review, audits, beta anneal trials, QMS documentation, and quality reporting. Collect and analyze metrics and prepare charts and reports for the metallurgical and quality teams.

The Quality Engineer - Metallurgy oversees metallurgical practices, testing, and compliance with aerospace standards by reviewing documentation, analyzing data, and driving improvement initiatives.
