Lead integration and management of multiple complex aerospace/defense programs ($20M+), overseeing cost, schedule, technical execution, customer relationships, risk mitigation, proposals, staff supervision, and program lifecycle coordination to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Lead and execute advanced logistics and depot support operations, manage complex warehouse and supply chain activities, mentor staff, implement logistics strategies, ensure regulatory compliance (including ITAR), oversee customer training, and drive continuous improvement. Role includes extensive overseas travel, hazardous materials handling, DoD deployment readiness, and maintaining an active Secret security clearance.
