Leads software engineering and DevOps strategy, teams, roadmap, and organizational transformation. Oversees the full software development lifecycle, cloud architecture, CI/CD, containerization, secure development, compliance, risk management, and operational resilience. Establishes engineering standards, promotes Agile and DevSecOps maturity, manages complex projects and resources, and develops high-performing technical teams while aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.

Leads integrated master planning and scheduling for complex aerospace and defense programs. Develops, maintains, and analyzes schedules; identifies critical paths, schedule risks, and compliance issues; recommends corrective actions; and presents status insights to senior stakeholders. The role coordinates cross-functional and subcontractor schedules, applies earned value and schedule health metrics, supports continuous improvement, and mentors junior scheduling analysts.

Develop and execute complex test plans, procedures, and cases for aerospace and defense systems. Evaluate requirements, conduct system testing, validate and verify functionality, troubleshoot defects, report deficiencies, and document compliance. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams across communication, computing, navigation, and surveillance systems. The role involves testing in office, laboratory, hangar, and offsite environments, with occasional travel and an active Secret security clearance requirement.
