Lead and grow a Professional Services engineering team delivering custom data-centric solutions. Own end-to-end technical delivery, estimation, testing, performance tuning, and client-facing reporting. Standardize safe, repeatable AI workflows and ensure data quality, validation, and operational safety across projects.

Lead technical delivery of integrations between Solvas, Middle Office systems, and the client Portal. Design, build, and operate ETL/ELT pipelines, ensure data consistency, quality, reconciliation, and performance tuning of SQL Server objects. Mentor engineers, establish monitoring/runbooks/incident response, partner with product and operations, and evaluate modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake) and AI tools to improve scalability and delivery.

Lead a small reporting squad and remain hands-on building interactive dashboards, charts, and data-rich reports. Work across the stack to shape report-ready datasets, design efficient APIs, and deliver polished Angular UIs. Extend visualization capabilities (Highcharts, D3), build complex AG Grid Enterprise grids, ensure reporting correctness, implement unit and E2E tests (Playwright), and support operational readiness and performance for large financial datasets.
