The Controller leads system-wide accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, forecasting, audits, compliance, internal controls, and financial risk management across seven schools. This role advises the President and Finance Committee, manages annual budgets and long-term financial models, oversees accounting staff, coordinates audits and regulatory reporting, develops performance dashboards, and communicates financial insights to leadership, boards, and external stakeholders.

Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to a high school principal and school office. Responsibilities include office administration, records management, enrollment support, purchasing, inventory, financial transactions, event logistics, facility and vendor coordination, safety procedures, communications, website and social media updates, newsletters, and student health backup. The role coordinates with staff, families, vendors, contractors, and central office personnel while maintaining confidentiality and accurate documentation.
