Hunter-focused Enterprise Account Executive owning the full sales cycle: prospecting, multi-stakeholder deal management, and closing six- and seven-figure SaaS deals into CX and automation. Build relationships with senior decision-makers, develop outbound motions, collaborate with marketing and solutions engineering, and use AI tools and custom agents to scale prospecting, research, and deal preparation.

Own delivery of AI agent deployments for consumer brands from kickoff to sustained automation performance. Manage complex multi-stakeholder projects, diagnose CX ops issues (helpdesk configuration, routing, automation), monitor metrics, provide proactive updates, and co-lead strategic accounts while feeding operational patterns back to product.
