As a Forward Deployed Product Manager, you'll manage AI agent deployments for strategic accounts, driving automation and identifying product improvement opportunities based on customer insights, while collaborating closely with CX leaders to optimize transformation strategies.

Own end-to-end full-stack features and systems (frontend, backend, infra). Ship reliable, high-performance, scalable microservices and LLM-powered customer workflows on AWS, partner with product, make architectural decisions, improve CI/CD and infrastructure, and mentor peers.

Lead architecture and technical direction across the full stack, solve ambiguous cross-cutting problems, deploy LLM-powered features into production, improve reliability and scale, mentor engineers, and make strategic build/buy and platform decisions that shape long-term product delivery.
