Leads plant engineering projects through basic and detailed electrical engineering, including load lists, single-line diagrams, equipment specifications, cable and equipment sizing, earthing and lighting calculations, and layout reviews. Coordinates with clients and interdisciplinary teams, manages junior engineers and designers, supports procurement and vendor document reviews, performs technical bid evaluations and man-hour estimates, and uses ETAP, NEPLAN, EPLAN, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and 3D modeling tools.

Leads organizational document control processes, including document creation, review, approval, distribution, archival, version control, transmittals, and audit compliance. Oversees document management systems, maintains document registers, supervises and trains document control staff, supports engineering and project stakeholders, protects sensitive records, and improves digital workflows. The role requires extensive experience with technical documentation, EDMS platforms, compliance standards, and engineering, EPC/EPCM, construction, manufacturing, mining, or oil and gas environments.

Leads electrical design activities, including single-line diagrams, cable tray, lighting, power, earthing, and equipment layouts. Performs cable, tray, and lighting calculations using applicable IEC, NEMA, and IEEE standards. Uses E3D, OpenPlant, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Navisworks. Independently leads projects, supervises junior designers and trainees, reviews 3D models, and coordinates with clients and interdisciplinary project teams.
