Provide day-to-day identity and access provisioning (onboarding/offboarding, access requests, queue management), troubleshoot account and system issues, maintain IAM documentation and policies, support Okta/AD/PAM technologies, engage cross-functional teams, and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Provide high-level administrative and legal support to lawyers: manage calendars, prepare and proofread documents, handle billing and expense reports, coordinate travel and meetings, maintain files and client/matter lists, liaise with support departments, and perform research and document management.

Lead regional marketing and client development strategies, manage events and sponsorships, oversee CRM use, prepare awards/rankings submissions, coach lawyers, and manage a small marketing team to raise the firms profile and drive business growth.
