Designs, builds, tests, documents, and maintains AI-assisted workflows supporting learning and technology adoption programs. Applies instructional design and adult learning principles to evaluate AI-generated content, improve processes, and maintain AI tool libraries. Provides coaching and workshops on AI usage, develops learning and adoption reporting, and collaborates with Learning & Development, Data & AI, IT, and Knowledge Management teams.

Leads change management and communications initiatives, primarily supporting Data and AI projects. Responsibilities include impact assessments, communication strategies, change network activation, training coordination, firm-wide communications planning, content oversight, stakeholder consultation, and strategic team initiatives. The role requires strong writing, organization, communication, analytical, and project management skills, with experience in change management and communications.

Provides Level II hardware and software support for computers, mobile devices, telephony, applications, networks, and remote access technologies. Troubleshoots and resolves user issues, performs imaging and configurations, manages equipment assets, coordinates hardware moves and warranty repairs, supports office projects, and maintains IT service records. Requires strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills while handling confidential information and competing priorities.
