Lead the relaunch of Sidetrade Academy as a scalable enablement function for customers, partners, and employees. Build and manage the Academy team, create multilingual training and certification programs, deploy in-app guidance, manage learning platforms and content operations, and measure adoption, enablement, satisfaction, and ticket deflection. The role partners closely with Product, R&D, Customer Success, Sales, and executive stakeholders while supporting the company’s AI transformation.

Lead, hire, train, coach, and develop a multicultural BDR team across North America. Partner with sales and marketing leaders on go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and executive-level outreach. Monitor Salesforce activity dashboards, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and create scalable onboarding and training programs. The role requires strong business software industry experience, team leadership, enterprise prospecting expertise, analytical ability, and excellent communication skills.

Drive net-new business sales to mid-market customers across Southern Europe. Educate prospects on SaaS benefits, understand business goals, manage sales cycles, negotiate agreements, maintain sales records, and develop long-term partnerships. Collaborate with business development, marketing, solution consulting, and customer success teams to achieve predictable revenue growth.
