The role books introductory meetings, cultivates referrals from existing partners, drives attendance at events, researches and qualifies prospects, supports pipeline development, collaborates with Sales and Marketing, and maintains accurate CRM records.

Manage and grow strategic relationships with real estate partners, drive regional expansion, recruit top agents, develop tailored business plans, analyze partner financials, and coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure adoption, retention, and measurable partner success.

As the Manager of Partner Success, you will lead a team to build relationships with real estate partners, drive their performance, and support business growth through strategic account management and operational excellence.
