Supervises Accounts Receivable operations, including billing, cash applications, collections, credit requests, and account maintenance. Performs reconciliations, supports month-end and year-end close, prepares management reports, maintains internal controls, assists with audits, and improves accounting processes. The role supervises and develops Accounts Receivable staff while collaborating with Operations, Sales, Treasury, and other departments to ensure accurate financial records and timely transaction processing.

Enters and updates order data in the F&O ERP system, verifies records, maintains databases and files, supports information requests, and manages orders for environmental and refuse vehicles. The role coordinates with internal and external partners, communicates sales order changes, and prioritizes tasks accurately. Strong data entry, organization, communication, Microsoft Office, and Excel skills are required. Dynamics 365 experience is preferred.

Own the full sales cycle for emergency vehicles and related products across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include prospecting public safety and municipal customers, conducting demonstrations, preparing proposals and pricing, managing bids and contracts, maintaining CRM pipeline accuracy, meeting revenue goals, coordinating orders and delivery, and supporting customer satisfaction. The role requires extensive territory travel, strong product knowledge, consultative selling skills, and relationship management with fire, EMS, municipal, and public safety organizations.
