Supports multiple executives in a creative agency by managing calendars, emails, calls, meetings, travel, confidential information, expenses, timesheets, documents, agendas, minutes, and special projects. The role also assists with partners’ personal administrative tasks and supports business development, management tools, and organizational initiatives. Fluency in French and English, strong organization, adaptability, discretion, and comfort with Macs and office software are required.

Manage client projects end-to-end: plan resources, timelines and budgets; write briefs; coordinate creative and production teams; solve issues and maintain client relationships.

Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget: manage schedules and budgets, identify and mitigate risks, maintain project plans and daily team syncs, monitor progress and report to stakeholders, manage client expectations, participate in qualifying business opportunities, apply Agile practices, write user stories, and explore AI integration. Requires bilingual French/English and 5+ years of digital project management experience.
