Requires extensive agency experience, strong Agile and hybrid delivery expertise, digital platform experience, bilingual French and English communication, and proficiency with project management tools.

Develop campaign concepts and copy across film, digital, print, social media, editorial, outdoor, and experiential channels. Collaborate with art directors, multidisciplinary teams, clients, photographers, directors, and vendors. Present creative work, manage multiple projects and deadlines, monitor cultural and industry trends, and contribute innovative ideas to the agency’s creative offering.

Supports HR and recruitment teams as a first point of contact for employee and talent-acquisition inquiries. Manages benefits support, internship programming, onboarding, HRIS transactions, job postings, applicant screening, offer letters, reference checks, and varied operational projects. Requires HR or organizational-development education, relevant support experience, LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency, bilingual French and English communication, and hybrid office attendance three days per week.
