Leads end-to-end delivery of connected vehicle software programs spanning telematics, OTA updates, data platforms, and related features. Coordinates engineering teams, suppliers, customers, schedules, releases, validation, budgets, risks, and production readiness. Serves as the primary customer contact, drives quality and timely delivery, and supports onsite deployments with approximately 30% domestic travel.

Own the end-to-end global supply chain for hardware, including supplier management, procurement, demand forecasting, inventory strategy, trade and customs compliance, logistics, carrier and 3PL partnerships, returns, warranty, reporting, and new product introduction. Manage cost, timing, compliance, supplier capacity, working capital exposure, and device traceability across the United States, European Union, and India.

Lead build and release engineering for firmware development, including architecting and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, improving development and release processes, debugging application-to-infrastructure issues, and implementing code and design improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally to manage risks and deliver projects on schedule. Mentor engineers through documentation, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
