Lead end-to-end data science and optimization projects: build predictive and explanatory models, design operational research and Big Data solutions, manage client relationships, supervise consultants, contribute to business development, publications, training, and firm influence.

Lead and grow the Data team to build production ML/AI solutions: design cloud architectures, deploy scalable pipelines, mentor data scientists, work on client projects, deliver trainings, and represent Sia externally.

Lead finance organization redesigns and strengthen business and financial controllership. Improve control over financial impacts, optimize closing, consolidation, reporting, planning, budgets and forecasts. Support offer development and business development efforts. Work on client projects and participate in temporary international assignments while driving analytics and AI-related initiatives to enhance financial processes.
