Leads end-to-end client project delivery, including scope, schedules, budgets, risks, governance, stakeholder alignment, workshops, and executive reporting. Performs business analysis through requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, automation assessment, and technology evaluation. Supports AI, digital, data, cloud, ERP, CRM, and other transformation initiatives, including testing, adoption, and change management. Develops client deliverables, contributes to proposals and business development, and mentors junior consultants.

Build and deploy production AI agents, copilots, and automation workflows for client environments. Integrate AI with enterprise systems, data platforms, and operational technology; write production-quality code; implement monitoring, evaluation, and guardrails; troubleshoot deployments; and translate technical decisions for business stakeholders. The role also includes creating reusable accelerators, mentoring junior talent, and contributing to technical hiring and practice development.
