Partner with founders and hiring managers to define roles, build sourcing strategies, design evaluation processes, assess candidates, negotiate offers, and improve hiring funnels. Build proactive talent pipelines, employer branding campaigns, AI-enabled recruiting workflows, scalable hiring processes, and strong pre-boarding experiences in a fast-growing startup.
