Manages a Chicago South medical device sales territory, driving surgeon adoption and procedure growth for the iFuse system. Responsibilities include recruiting and training spine surgeons, coordinating hospital approvals, supporting operating-room procedures, educating clinical staff, managing implants and instruments, developing referral programs, meeting sales quotas, and maintaining regulatory and quality compliance. Requires at least five years of medical device territory management experience, preferably in orthopedics or spine, plus a bachelor’s degree and strong surgeon relationships.

The Territory Manager will manage a territory, provide physician training, ensure compliance with regulations, and meet sales goals while building relationships in the medical community.

Manage a defined territory to drive adoption of the iFuse implant system by targeting, training, and supporting spine surgeons and OR staff. Coordinate hospital approvals, surgeon education, reimbursement strategy, and clinical support while meeting sales quotas and complying with quality and regulatory standards.
