Leads cross-functional medical device projects from initiation through closure, managing timelines, budgets, risks, resources, suppliers, and deliverables. Coordinates Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, IT, Finance, Clinical, Marketing, and Operations teams. Oversees design and change controls, product changes, business-system releases, quality programs, regulatory assessments, audit readiness, CAPA, and risk management under applicable medical device standards.

Administers Windows, Azure, Microsoft 365, servers, networks, endpoints, virtualization, identity, security controls, backups, and disaster recovery. Troubleshoots infrastructure and user incidents, provides escalated help desk support, manages access and device deployment, and maintains documentation and asset records. Supports Cisco Meraki networking, vendor coordination, technology procurement, compliance, automation with PowerShell, onboarding and offboarding, and scheduled maintenance. Participates in on-call support and continuous improvement of reliable, secure IT services.

Leads SEC reporting, technical accounting, SOX and internal control programs for a publicly traded medical device company. Prepares 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, proxy and investor materials; researches accounting guidance; manages control assessments, remediation and SOC 1 reviews; and supports close activities, consolidations, revenue, leases, stock compensation, EPS and international reporting.
