Partners with leaders and employees on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, compliance, talent development, recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and HR metrics. Maintains employee records, supports investigations and training initiatives, and advises managers on policies and organizational development. The role requires extensive travel, including multiple weeks per month, and willingness to fly.

Own sales and profitability growth across a North Central territory covering Canadian provinces and U.S. states. Prospect fleets, dealers, and OEMs; build customer relationships; conduct needs analyses; close quotes; provide product training and support; gather market and competitor intelligence; attend trade shows; coordinate installations, service, warranty claims, and OEM initiatives; maintain CRM records; and submit itineraries and sales reports. The role is remote but requires substantial territory travel.

Leads commercial marketing and product commercialization, including go-to-market strategy, product launches, positioning, sales enablement, competitive analysis, campaign measurement, dashboards, and cross-functional marketing execution. Partners with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing to align initiatives, monitor performance, optimize portfolios, and improve customer engagement.
