Owns the organization’s ISO and CMMI audit lifecycle, quality management system, compliance readiness, document control, corrective actions, and continuous improvement programs. Coordinates internal and external audits, maintains evidence and controlled records, tracks findings through closure, monitors compliance with ISO standards and CMMI practices, develops quality metrics, and supports employee training. The role works across departments to maintain year-round audit readiness and improve documented processes.

Leads an enterprise MECM team supporting Windows endpoint management across DoD environments. Responsibilities include vulnerability remediation, patch management, OS imaging and deployment, application packaging, MECM infrastructure administration, PowerShell automation, reporting, compliance metrics, troubleshooting, and technical leadership. The role coordinates with DISA, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and government stakeholders to meet STIG, IAVM, and other cyber-tasking deadlines while maintaining secure, resilient endpoint-management services.

Develops and expands SHR’s federal civilian IT services portfolio by identifying opportunities, managing capture efforts, winning prime contracts, expanding existing accounts, and strengthening agency and partner relationships. Responsibilities include opportunity analysis, capture strategy, RFI and proposal development, IDIQ/GWAC monitoring, teaming and pricing strategies, customer presentations, and leadership briefings. The role requires extensive federal contracting experience, established agency relationships, and up to 25% travel.
