Teams at Showpad

Intern will build secure, resilient integrations between Showpad and third-party ecosystems (CRMs, browser extensions), work full-stack with Angular and Node/TypeScript, implement OAuth2/token security, explore AI agents and MCP, and participate in SDLC, deployment and monitoring in an AWS cloud-native environment.

Provide first- and second-line IT support for 400+ global employees, manage onboarding/offboarding and access, administer Okta, GSuite, Intune and Azure, provision devices via MDM, monitor cloud systems, maintain IT policies/documentation, support laptops/tablets/mobiles, use Jira ITSM, and coordinate with an international IT operations team while working rotational shifts.

Support global internal IT infrastructure and provide first/second-line support, onboarding/offboarding, access management, device provisioning (MDM), monitor cloud systems, administer Okta/SSO, GSuite, Intune and Azure/O365, use Jira ITSM, maintain documentation, execute IT policies, train users, and collaborate with an international IT operations team while staying current on AI and new technologies.
