Lead technical direction for the Data Fabric domain: design scalable Angular/TypeScript solutions, mentor engineers, reduce technical debt, work across frontend and backend, and drive resilient, performant data pipelines and cloud-native architectures in AWS.

Lead compensation analysis, merit and equity reviews, and variable-pay administration; manage salary survey submissions and reporting; support benefits governance, renewals, benchmarking, and employee education across global teams.

Serve as a strategic HR partner to executives and leaders, advising on organizational design and talent strategy; manage complex employee relations and investigations; execute people programs (merit cycles, performance reviews, engagement surveys); maintain HRIS data and people analytics; drive change initiatives and champion an inclusive culture across US and EMEA.
