Build and maintain high-throughput backend services, APIs, and microservices using TypeScript, Node.js, or Go. Deploy service-oriented and event-driven systems on AWS, contribute to testing and CI/CD, model data for performance, and collaborate in an agile engineering team. The role includes feature ownership, code reviews, pair programming, technical discussions, and maintaining reliable systems serving global users.

Build and improve shared AWS infrastructure, guardrails, and reusable patterns across a multi-account environment. Support product teams operating cloud infrastructure, work with serverless architecture, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code, and troubleshoot production issues. Collaborate with engineering teams, provide guidance, improve practices, and participate in on-call and escalation rotations.

Owns Revenue Operations delivery governance and Jira backlog management while supporting cross-functional projects across Deal Desk, Business Intelligence, GTM Systems, Sales Operations, and GTM Strategy. Responsibilities include project planning, stakeholder coordination, dependency resolution, intake and prioritization, delivery reporting, documentation, retrospectives, and process improvement. The role requires managing concurrent projects, distributed teams, senior stakeholders, and delivery cadences across multiple time zones.
