Provide first- and second-line IT support for 400+ global employees, manage onboarding/offboarding and access, administer Okta, GSuite, Intune and Azure, provision devices via MDM, monitor cloud systems, maintain IT policies/documentation, support laptops/tablets/mobiles, use Jira ITSM, and coordinate with an international IT operations team while working rotational shifts.

The Principal Engineer will lead architecture and design for SaaS platforms, oversee team initiatives, implement microservices, and optimize Azure-based solutions while mentoring engineers and aligning technical decisions with business goals.

As a Sales Business Partner, you will collaborate with VPs of Sales to translate their needs into data-driven strategies, monitor retention benchmarks, and facilitate conflict resolution.
