Teams at Shotgun

Own HubSpot CRM reliability across data quality, lifecycle and lead-status automation, segmentation, reporting, user support, training, and continuous improvement. The role partners with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and international operations teams to maintain data standards, troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, manage HubSpot relationships, and maximize platform value. Candidates should be analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, fluent in French, strong in English, and eligible to work in France.

Build Shotgun’s brand and marketing presence in Portugal through social media, community growth, paid campaigns, content, events, partnerships, press, and influencer collaborations. Support organizers with tailored activations, collaborate with sales and account management, and optimize campaigns using performance data. Success is measured through awareness, conversions, app installs, purchases, organizer GMV, community engagement, and partner activations.

Build and maintain end-to-end revenue data infrastructure: CRM data models, GMV and net-margin attribution, market intelligence, forecasts, integrations, internal apps, and AI tooling to support Sales, Finance, and Product.
