Analyze product and financial data for the Money squad, defining metrics, reconciling PSP, ledger, and accounting data, and modeling payment, payout, tax, and compliance flows. The role supports PSP architecture migration, data quality, tracking, experimentation, and dashboarding while contributing to the broader data platform. It also documents business rules and metric definitions for AI agents and collaborates closely with Product, Operations, and Finance.

Own HubSpot CRM reliability across data quality, lifecycle and lead-status automation, segmentation, reporting, user support, training, and continuous improvement. The role partners with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and international operations teams to maintain data standards, troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, manage HubSpot relationships, and maximize platform value. Candidates should be analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, fluent in French, strong in English, and eligible to work in France.
