Handle incoming B2B support tickets via Zendesk, escalate and follow up on technical issues, resolve recurring problems, update internal and external documentation, develop FAQs and how-to guides, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Six-month internship based in Paris requiring French native and professional English.

Build and maintain end-to-end revenue data infrastructure: CRM data models, GMV and net-margin attribution, market intelligence, forecasts, integrations, internal apps, and AI tooling to support Sales, Finance, and Product.

Own and operate the core payment platform: Stripe and PSP integrations, webhook consumers, ledgering, payouts, refunds, chargebacks, tax/invoicing, and reconciliation. Build resilient, event-driven, scalable systems handling massive traffic spikes, model complex multi-currency money flows, and embed compliance with audit trails and automation while partnering with legal, finance, and ops.
