Work within Business Operations & Strategy to scale operational teams: improve processes, build no-code/low-code and AI-powered internal tools, automate tasks, document and train users, and deliver BI and ad-hoc data analyses using SQL/BI tools to inform support, account management, marketing and field operations.

Handle incoming B2B support tickets via Zendesk, escalate and follow up on technical issues, resolve recurring problems, update internal and external documentation, develop FAQs and how-to guides, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Six-month internship based in Paris requiring French native and professional English.

Build and maintain end-to-end revenue data infrastructure: CRM data models, GMV and net-margin attribution, market intelligence, forecasts, integrations, internal apps, and AI tooling to support Sales, Finance, and Product.
