Performs diagnostic radiologic procedures, prepares patients and equipment, operates X-ray machines, evaluates image quality, maintains patient records, and follows radiation safety standards. The role may cross-train in MRI and CT modalities.

Supervises nursing and clinical operations within the hospital, leads nursing staff, supports patient-centered care, coordinates with physicians and administrators, and ensures compliance with healthcare standards and policies. The role requires an active RN license, emergency room experience, CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications, along with strong communication and customer service skills.

Leads the hospital’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, compliance, audits, cash flow, financial strategy, and revenue cycle management. Advises the CEO and Board, supports strategic planning, oversees financial controls and cost management, collaborates with department and clinical leaders, negotiates benefits, and provides administrative oversight when needed.

Provides direct mental health therapy in clinic and hospital settings, maintains clinical documentation, and collaborates with providers and healthcare teams to support patients and families. Full-time work is 40 hours per week with benefits. Candidates must hold an Idaho license such as LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LPC, LMFT, or LAMFT and commit to one year for the sign-on bonus.
