Supports municipal wastewater collection, conveyance, treatment, and infrastructure projects through field observation, construction inspection, project planning, design, construction administration, and AutoCAD drafting. Collaborates with engineers, project managers, contractors, utility operators, and clients while gaining experience in wastewater systems, treatment improvements, rehabilitation, and regulatory compliance.

Supports municipal wastewater projects through planning, studies, design calculations, technical documentation, fieldwork, construction observation, administration, and submittal review. Collaborates with engineers, project managers, contractors, clients, and multidisciplinary teams while developing practical wastewater engineering skills under mentorship. The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree, willingness to work in Duluth and nearby sites, outdoor fieldwork, occasional lifting, and travel as needed.

Acquire property rights, easements, and access agreements for transportation, utility, and municipal infrastructure projects. Research property and title information, prepare acquisition documents, negotiate with landowners, coordinate with technical and legal teams, represent the company at meetings, and track acquisition schedules and documentation. The role supports clients throughout right-of-way acquisition and requires travel across Minnesota, a valid driver's license, and eligibility for a Minnesota Real Estate License.
