Process and monitor equipment orders end-to-end using SXe, Salesforce, and Smartsheet. Verify pricing and documentation, coordinate with AR/AP for deposits and invoicing, generate work orders for Dispatch, run system reports to track order status, and resolve routine operational issues. Occasional overtime/weekend work during peak periods; hybrid on-site attendance required.

Partner with National Account Executives to manage key account projects, coordinate business reviews, direct customer service and sales teams, define tasks/resources, schedule timelines, track deliverables, identify margin improvements, run weekly team meetings, and report progress to stakeholders. Travel to key account locations approximately 10%.

Manage and execute quoting for contract manufacturing, co-pack, and kitting opportunities. Analyze RFQs, gather technical specs, collaborate with procurement, production, and QA for cost estimates, and maintain detailed quote records and cost breakdowns to deliver accurate competitive proposals.
