Partners with sales and corporate teams to align service capacity with commercial commitments, improve customer and division profitability, manage budgets, optimize costs, support pricing decisions, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Develops teams and manages strategic operational planning across the division.

Develops new business and manages existing corporate accounts for Shorr Packaging solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, consultative selling, proposal development, pricing, sales strategy, relationship management, revenue-target achievement, and influencing decision-makers. The role requires strong sales performance, analytical and financial skills, customer service, self-motivation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
