Shorr Packaging Corporation Benefits Overview

Partner with National Account Executives to manage key account projects, coordinate business reviews, direct customer service and sales teams, define tasks/resources, schedule timelines, track deliverables, identify margin improvements, run weekly team meetings, and report progress to stakeholders. Travel to key account locations approximately 10%.

Supports co-pack operations by creating purchase orders, bills of materials, SOPs, reports, and invoice information. Monitors the warehouse management system, performs cycle and project-end counts, records receiving, production, and damages, and communicates with customers. Assists with time studies and sends first-article documentation to customers. Requires a high school diploma, at least one year of co-packing or warehouse coordination experience, WMS familiarity, and Microsoft Office skills.

Support national sales and division teams by tracking sales opportunities, maintaining Salesforce and KPI reports, coordinating RFQs, monitoring inventory and forecasting, and communicating account performance to cross-functional teams.
