Lead the design, operation, and continuous improvement of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes platforms, observability, AI workloads, and operational tooling. Own reliability, incident response, security controls, compliance evidence, disaster recovery, and environment lifecycle management. Mentor DevOps engineers, establish operational standards, automate repetitive work, coordinate vendors, and partner with engineering, QA, service management, and delivery teams to improve deployment safety, system performance, and operational maturity.

Design, develop, and deliver bilingual (English/French) training programs and materials for Shore's software products. Create instructor-led and digital learning, lead train-the-trainer sessions, conduct requirements and software analysis, and align training with adoption and communications plans. Collaborate with technical teams, perform testing and analysis, and produce training and business analysis artifacts to support implementation and sustained system adoption.
