Coordinates international and US payroll, employment contracts, compliance, variable compensation, and employee lifecycle processes. Manages payroll providers, EORs, local counsel, HRIS and contract-management vendors while partnering with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, managers, and employees. Maintains country compliance documentation, supports German employment processes, improves operational workflows, and contributes to onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, audits, and broader People Operations coverage.

Manage and grow relationships with ecommerce agencies, systems integrators, and technology partners across North America. Responsibilities include partner onboarding, enablement, certification, pipeline and revenue development, deal strategy, partner program support, co-marketing, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Solutions, Product, and Marketing teams.
