Collaborates with product, sales, and data teams to align initiatives with business goals and improve customer engagement, lead generation, and conversion performance.

Supports the development, deployment, and maintenance of machine learning models and MLOps workflows. Collaborates with data scientists, engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to define problems, build algorithms, train and evaluate models, tune hyperparameters, and scale solutions into production. Applies statistical modeling, deep learning frameworks, software engineering practices, CI/CD, data preparation, monitoring, and retraining processes while researching suitable tools and technologies.

Leads national real-time delivery operations across assigned shifts, ensuring SLA achievement, driver allocation, delivery progress, staffing, and incident response. Manages Team Leaders, develops schedules, resolves operational bottlenecks, coordinates with fulfillment, stores, IT, and clients, and provides performance reporting. The role drives continuous improvement, system effectiveness, safety, and consistent execution across Control Hub locations while supporting recruitment, coaching, and workforce planning.
